Laws Against Hate vs Apologists Rhetoric

Are there not any British laws prohibiting the spread of and incitement to hate? Clearly, if there are, that would seem to be the venue to pursue action against this organization. If there aren’t any such laws there, another reason for me to be glad that I don’t live there.
