Your question on the Mary/Jesus/God is one that I have wondered myself. I am a pagan and I also intergrate Wicca in my rituals.
Learning about Christianity has always been an interest of mine, and I have learned so much about Islam now also. I love history. Anything to do with ancient civilizations is fascinating to me, and I view the Christian, Jewish and Islamic books of 'the word of God' as history. I personally do not believe in God but am always willing to learn of other's beliefs. I have asked many a person about why Christians view Jesus as the son of God and the Messiah, but the Jews do not...I had always known Jesus to have been Jewish by birth.
I hope to hear the answers to your questions as it is something that has confused me for many years.
