Dear Danish/American,

I thank you for asking me for my opinion regarding those Imams who produced false images or whatever to provoke Muslims against the west. I have not seen those false drawings, but I have seen the real cartoons. Now whatever I will say here is absolutely my personal views, and I hope that nobody, including Danes/Christians/Muslims will not mind.

Firstly, I believe that our religion, or the Prophet's fame does not depend on any stupid cartoon. The prophet is respected by 1.2 billion Muslims around the world-- i don't give a damn to some stupid drawings in jylland posten or whatever. But one has to understand the motive behind publication of such cartoons.

It was not a matter of excercising freedom of expression, you know that and I know that. At least when we know that two years back, the same newspaper refused to publish cartoons portraying Jesus . So it was clear to all that what this newspaper was trying to do, was only to provoke muslims. And later, when the Imams failed to do anything about these cartoons, they did the same- provoked Muslims from other countries. For me, there's no difference between a Christian journalist and a Muslim Imam as long as they incite hatred between races. I loathe them both !

Danish/American, you are most welcome to ask more questions. You wrote somewhere that you now know more about our religion than your own. I appreciate that. What the world needs now is more cross culture communications. Otherwise, this misunderstandings will lead us to conforntation and conflicts, and nobody will win those wars.
