I guess your definition of bully and mine are quite different. Would Saddam be considered a bully to you? Would China be a bully or the U.S. if it was the U.S. stopping China from invading South Korea? How about the U.S. stopping North Korea from invading South Korea? Now who would you say was the bully? I have an idea. Why don't you ask the people we've helped if we're bullies. Why don't you ask people who have experienced communist rule if they like it? Do you think the U.S. was just a big 'ole naughty bully to the poor poor victim Adolf Hitler and his party?
