in response to reader comment: Islam can coexist

mr. saleh:

I used to believe and hope that islam and west can coexist, but they can not. These last 2 weeks have shown this beyond any shadow of doubt to me and I hope to devote my life's energies not to fight islam but to find ways in which western societies can isolate and separate themselves from Islamic society and influences.

I am sure that given the very low opinion that islam has of the west - low enough to protest, burn, threaten, shoot a 60 year old priest merely praying quietly - that islamic will not mind but will equally welcome the separation of the two civilizations. West thanks Islamic societies for their many past contributions - most hundreds of years ago, and wishes them well.

what you call "coexistence" is really to live by islamic values in the west. I would rather be dead than live in society that is the vision of islamists that rule in much of islamic world.
