in response to reader comment: CARTOONS OF PROPHET MUHAMMED (PBUH)

Submitted by lifeboat_aris (Malaysia), Feb 3, 2006 at 13:28

I can't help to laugh at some of the writings, even by the leading columnists in defence of the so-called freedom of expression over the cartoon controversy. A long time ago someone created that expression - freedom of expression - and some of the mislead fans of this so-called newspaper principle risked their life in defending and championing it as if they are protecting their children. (laugh out loud).

And now, not only their own life is at risk but their stupid obsession towards this freedom of expression has risked the life of others - most of them innocent people who don't give a ... about freedom of expression. Hey, tell you what, the believers of freedom of expression, go on, do it some more, create more hatreds among the people of the world. You can ask your cartoonists to draw some cartoons of what you believed to be your God or whatever presenting you medals and awards for this accomplishment. (Laugh out loud). Good! Good!
