Not tolerance but submission.

Reader comment on item: Two Germans vs. Islamism

In the UK we have far surpassed the point where we tolerated Islam.

Thanks to years of farcical political correctness and aggressive Muslim groups we have been cowed into not only tolerating, but letting Islam take precedence over the rest of society. My background is Sikh, but I was born in England, and my values and beliefs are the same as that of any white Englishman. I share the same fears about what the future holds thanks to the ever growing Muslim population in this country, because of high birth rate and an inept immigration policy.

We reward Muslim leaders whose allegiance is to Islam and not to this country by giving them knighthoods, and therefore giving them an image of respectability. We quietly stand by and do nothing when Muslim groups spout hateful anti-semitic propogando, and denounce and ridicule all other religions in open public places like Hyde Park, and such.

More and more we have to accept eating halal meat in restaurants, food stores, and airlines simply because to serve any other type of meat would be offensive to Muslims.

We bent over accomodating female Muslim pupils who has nothing but hatred for this country and want to wear a horrible frightening garment (Jilbab) so everything including her eyes are covered.

We meekly accept Muslim excuses that the cause of the 7/7 bombings were our fault becaise of our foreign policy. I worry for future generations, and would like to emigrate. But where do we go? Where ever I see, Germany, Holland, France, Sweden, USA, Canada, I see the same problem facing them. Everywhere you see that Islam is slowly but surely taking over. I don't have hatred for the Muslims, because they are only following their religion as true Muslims. My hatred is reserved for the poloiticians who have let us down big time to serve their own selfish agenda, basically the Muslim vote. It's about time people of all other faiths, colour and creed got together and refused to vote for those politicians who cater for the Muslim community at the detriment of all that Western civilisation holds so sacred.

Equal rights for Men & women

Freedom of worship

Respect for all faiths

Freedom of speech.

If we do nothing, it will be too late, and even if we start doing something, it may still be too late. But there is still hope. Being a die hard liberal five years ago I was against anything hint of criticism against Muslims or Islam believing it was unjustified, and racist. Today I am still a diehard liberal but realise that liberalism and Islam are like oil and water, they cannot mix.
