Reader comment on item: Two Germans vs. Islamism

Submitted by carlos (United States), Jan 4, 2006 at 19:59

the real problem we are facing is the lack of political will to fight militant islam in the west , i do not exaggerate if i say that the most tenacious fighters against militant islam are the secularist muslems , in iran ,kurdistan , algeria and elsewhere..

i have an immense respect for the kabyles of algeria for their courage and tolerance , courage in facing both the islamist political project (islamic republic) and the ARABIZATION policies of the arabo-islamist military dictatorship , and a tolerance that allowed christian communities to flourish in the berber heartland of kabylia !

i am sorry to say that i have no respect for our leaders.
