What's the point of this? It will only heighten the victim mentality of Islamists and offer a ripe opportunity for all sorts of do gooding liberal to rally to their cause. Stop making special rules and get out clauses for a minority who bite every hand that feeds them. If they can't abide by the laws of the country, kick them out. I hope Germany has learned the lesson from the UK about keeping radical Islamists on benefits for years on end so they have plenty of time to stir up violence and hatred.
