Muslims are not alone in obsessing in something they are infatuated over: even in Christianesque settings, obsessing over legalistic issues are Biblically cautioned against the actions of backsliding believers, so let there be no mistaking that debates of truth are not the witness the Savior instructed true disciples to 'preach'.
Further, there was no mention in the Gospel of delivering those messages upon pain of death or other tragic judgement or consequences, such as one might perceive is still practiced by adherents of fundamentalist Islam.
True discipleship in Biblical Christianity is not one of obsession like that charged to Quranic followers, the principle messaging in the fellowship of the Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus Christ, being that He loved from the beginning, a precept and concept covered over and diffused during the Middle Ages by the attempted repalcemtn ideologies of Islam and other faux Christianesque diatribes that sough to obfuscate the true Gospel message, a practice still in play today, even in a more dramatic rejection as is seen in the rampages of rampant lawlessness world-wide. Islam is not alone in its continuing desire to be in superior position to the cause of the Messiah. It is the basis for the battle coming for Israel in the near term rage of Syria's civil war next to the Golan; and Damascus has been targeted for staging.
Essentially, there is no love lost for Israel by her enemies and friends of convenience in Russia, Turkiye, and the Iranian Islamic Regime are in fervent discussions that will bring the obsession into the full rage that has been secretly harbored by many, now so close to fulfillment.
How is that for a problem?
