The Marxist-Stalinist ideological base in operation globally deos not seek peace; they proved this in the establishment of the Soviet Union; an experiment in anti-religious secularistic socialistic governance that failed within the lifetime of the depression era generation of the western hemisphere survivors of two world wars.

Even after nearly two hundred years of Marxist ideological interventions and disruptions of global governance, it is evident that that style of population control does not work: yet they still try.
In the instance of the former Soviet proclivities of the Russian regime now out of control and in a wreckage and ruin state of exploitation against the Western secularist goverments, all that has been learned is that democracy does not succeed except that the rule of law (imposed in moral terms), that all appear to be abandoning, is employed; or all fail.

So, what then is learned in the failure of protecting Ukrainian sovereignty; and why does the world not have the proper attitude in finding the best approach to avoiding the inevitable nuclear showdown being prompted by the Russian provocaton from former Soviet tendencies of population control.

It is what China exploits, also.
