Russia's most powerful Islamist, and Putin's close ally,
Ramzan Kadyrov, who rules Chechnya, which is a part of the Russian Federation,
has just been sanctioned by President Trump's administration.

Clearly, President Trump isn't beholden to Putin
for the alleged election interference.
And President Trump is strong on confronting the Jihad of Islam and/or Islamism.
