question about growing up in israel

What people believe is reinvented and needs to retaught with every child born. I ask myself how young people grow up in Israel. Are there Israeli tv programmes for children in arabic language as well? Maybe Arabic language text-books written in Israel? Education at a young age, it seems to me, is a key ingredient to future loyalties. I wonder what the paradox of Israeli Arabs feels like for children.
