Becoming Ex-muslims

Reader comment on item: Conversions in Israel

Steadyfriend, Nice to know that so many people are becoming aware of some dangerous passages in Quran that has caused havoc in the world for the last 1400 years and that are continuing to ruin lives of Muslims and Non-muslims alike. Both the sites of Faithfreedom and Islamwatch are terrific. I specially like the mission of Faithfreedom which I quote below:

"Faithfreedom.org echoes the voice of ex-Muslims who want to stop the spread of Islam, expose its violent nature, and help Muslims to understand it and leave it. We believe in the oneness of humanity and oppose Islam for inciting hatred against non Muslims. Muhammad instructed his follower to conquer the world by the sword and to rule it with terror. We are determined to not let that happen."

If fundamental Muslims can openly train suicide bombers (which is a criminal activity but is often receives their Government's backing) why can't the Non-muslims and ex-muslims establish and expand organizations that will encourage more Muslims to leave Islam (which is a perfectly legal activity in all democratic and secular countries)?
