We deserve the better of two men

Reader comment on item: Predicting the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election
in response to reader comment: NO, America does NOT DESERVE this

So what you are saying is that there was voter fraud.............please, does america really look to you like a third world country where the democratic process is so openly mocked. The margin of victory was so staggering that some pundits are calling it a white wash of all things republican. The people voted for the better man, albiet some conservatives claim him to be a marxist, neo-nazi, muslim with secret agendas and what not. Let's create a hypothetical scenario, where obama fixes the economy, health care, america's standing, ends the war and makes america safe---------would that change your mind? Or are you going to sit and accuse your president of being a traitor, which in my book amounts to open treason. As an american who's served in vietnam I am appaled.
