Reader comment on item: 'Become a Muslim warrior'

Dear Mr. Pipes,

I can hardly believe that this is going on in America. How naive can we be? The effort to please "others" leads some educational leaders to adopt extremely dangerous means of teaching our youth about Islam.

What the American public needs is to realize that Islam is far more than a religion. Islam is religion+politics+culture in one entity. During the Marxist menace (1917-1990) we did out utmost to warn people about its destructive, utopian ideology. The Walter-Macaren Act barred foreign Marxists from entry to the USA. However, under the guise of 'religion,' Islamists are not barred from entry to the USA. Even the events of September 11 have not led Americans to realize that unlike other major world relgions, Islam has (and has always had) a political agenda, that of dominating the world. Its radical reps get access to our media and spread their pernicious propganda. (On July 3, Public Television had a discussion on the news media and their reporting of the news of the Middle East. Ibrahim Hooper of CAIR, represented one point of view, and the opposite side did not get the adequate opportunity to set the 'facts" straight!)

Thanks so much for your efforts to warn Americans about the worst danger ever faced by their country since its birth in 1776.

Sincerely,

BMM
