Sir/Madame,

Your notion coincides almost completely with what I frequently hear when working in Middle East or South Asian countries. My question is - what kind of "Catastrophe" for the West do you mean?

It is clear that some people (your people? From your text I understand you are either Muslim or close to them) are capable to provide the West with many "catastrophes" similar to Twin Towers or Bali. As we say in my Russia, "To ruin is easier than to build". But you see how easily the West as a whole survives such "catastrophes". So easily that many of their idiots still do not believe that something happens. (By the way, I understand the frustration of Muslim "warriors". Imagine - you are sure you shock the Universe, launching "the clash of civilizations", waving the sabers and screaming the worldwide war cry, but many Westerners barely pay attention. Just listen what they are bickering about! – "The response (to the terrorism) is too strong! Inadequate! Too cruel!" It looks like many of them still take you almost as a bunch of drunken students).

So, what tools, what means can be applied against the West to arrange true Catastrophe now? (I stress – true, because, as we see now, even "dirty bomb" may not have overwhelming effect for the whole West). I personally do not see any, unless you really unleash "Mahdi" (or how you call him) from a well.

However there is good news for bad people. As we see from polls and voting, the Elephant of Western civilization is very sick. It still has tusks, but the will to use them properly vanishes quickly. When you see the majority of American people deeply concerned with the ideas – " Are we hurting our enemy too much?" or – "Let us assign a day of our retreat" – you get the scary feeling that you do not deal with sane people any more. There is a word in Russian language – "blazhenny". It means – kind of God's fools with no dignity, obsessed with the idea to please everybody, including mortal enemy. I am afraid, the Western people move this way.

So, jackals may not bother about Catastrophe. They need simply to wait. They have good chance - in much less than 800 years – to jump and dance on the Elephant's body, pretending – they killed him.
