Dear Mr. Pipes,
My suggestion involves the time when your suggested parameters are met and there is an imminent agreement to be made, include a provision that for every act of terrorism "x" amount of land will be forfeited by the arabs from that amount of land that may be agreed to.

This article, as are ALL YOUR ARTICLES, go to the heart of the issues and with unmatched clarity. PLEASE keep it up and BE SAFE.
