Will they count apartment Mosques also?

Is the F.B.I. going to include apartment mosques also? These are apartments where Muslims meet for prayer, teachings, etc. in order not to be counted in the official mosques. In the five burroughs of New York there were 2000 three years ago. I imagine the number has doubled by now. I think if they do not do a count of these apartments there numbers are going to be way, way off. By the way, there are just over 4000 mosques as of this past year. A new one is being built at the rate of 1 per week.
