"Outraged leftists"

The outraged leftists may not be leftists at all but peaceful, law-abiding well-meaning folks who simply don't approve of the Federal Gov. promoting religion in a secular age. I am a baptised, confirmed, church-going, holy communion receiving, blood-donating Catholic American who doesn't like to be spied on when I am worshipping, as my freedom of religion may be jeopardized by the State. State approved religion may be tolerated in China and Cuba and the former Soviet Union, but not in my country, thank you very much. I have lost a brother Mark Lawrence Christopher Tobin on the eighth day of Hannakah to libyan/mohammedist terrorism in 1988, Pan Am Flight #103 Lockerbie, Scotland, and I certainly don't need to be lectured by any bureaucrat on the dangers of combining religion with politics...
