The current assault of Judeo/Christian Values by the Islamic world, and the colonization of said world are just a second wave, following the defence of Europe against Islam from the 10th-14th centuries.

If only the Spanish hadn't stopped at Granada... Perhaps the hatred of the Almohads, which we see today rearing it's ugly head more than 600 years later, could have been extinguished.

It is sad, and unfortunate, but I believe all western nations must enact laws specifically banning groups that engage in cult-like behaviour, espouse hatred, or call for the overthrow and replacement of our government with Theological Dictatorships.

The US also needs to get off it's behind and start living up to its *supposed* ideals of democracy and secularism. Why do we keep dealing with Saudi Arabia, when people are attacked there daily by religious police?

Until the US puts economic interests SECOND, and puts freedom FIRST, not only at home, but it's expansion and growth around the world... will the world actually respect it. Here in Canada, I hear daily from people that "All they want is oil in Iraq". My fear is that US foreign policy IS driven by cheap oil, instead of ideals and ethics, based on the Judeo/Christian belief system. ...
