The mother cannot show the male child how to become a man because she has never done it. Only a man (the father or other male mentor) can truly teach the mothers' male child how to not let a woman's dress - or lack of it - determine his actions. A starting point is to know the difference between seeing and looking and that while the former is outside his control the latter is under his control. If the male cannot be a man and control his own actions then then perhaps rather than completely covering women, the male with the problem ought to cover his eyes or at least wear blinkers, as racehorses do, so as not to be distracted.
