To Burqa Or Not To Burqa That's A Question Of World Thought

By D.K. Milgrim-Heath©2010

To burqa or not to burqa that's a question of world thought-

Everyone has their opinions right or wrong each opinion's sought.

To burka or not to burka what if there's a serious public emergency?

With not many women near you can any man help you towards safety?

If you get hurt no woman is strong enough to put you onto a gurney-

Can hospital personnel (if a man just around) help you for a medical journey?

If no woman doctor's available what choice to you make?

Do you put your very important health at stake?

God forbid you go into early labor and quite heavily bleed?

What do you do for yourself and your unborn child's healthwise that you need?

In the western world women have their medical choices-

A male or female doctor if wanted we speak our voices.

I that had delivered 3 babies (so hard to believe!!!) now all grown-

Having complications but comforts of any sex doctor was there never was I alone.

With your burka on - are they still on while you give birth?

Asking for education's sake as a female for what's this question's worth?

Your spouses aren't in your birthing rooms with you of course not-

Due to extreme birthing pain I'm glad my husband with me then a lot.

In the western countries we also do also have mid-wives-

But we still need any available doctor sometimes as complications arrives.

Being students here learning about how other parts of the world interplay-

By international dialogue such as this we learn of others that live a different way.
