Really? Big-Talking Iran humiliated by little Mexico!Reader comment on item: Deterring Tehran Submitted by Sword of Islam & The Babies of Beslan (United Kingdom), Jun 11, 2006 at 17:18 Glad to see that in the World Cup today that third-world Iran were beaten 3-1 by the second-world Mexicans. There was speculation that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad might visit Germany to watch Iran play if they were playing well in the competition. This would have been a political nightmare for us as he is not welcome in Europe. Funnily enough though, Iranian football is so bad that it unlikely to be an issue. There is a bigger chance of The Prophet going to Germany to watch them lose than Ahmadinejad!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Reuters - Iran beaten amid protests in Nuremberg "A criminal like Ahmadinejad is not welcome in Germany," Bavarian Interior Minister Guenther Beckstein told protesters in a central square of the southern host city.
