Dear John 8:32,

I am Muslim practicing Islam. Muslims should not pray while the sun is rising and setting. This is simple basics of pray. If you are not satisfy with my answer you can use google to search the prayer times in islam. Perhaps your wife didn't learn Islam properly. What a pity. I am very suprised. I haven't heard anything like that before. She should asked herself what was wrong about her pray. Muslims can't worship stars. It doesn't make sense.
