Surathu tauba 5 " But when the forbidden months are past , then fight and slay The Pagans wherever ye find them , and sieze them , beleaguer them , and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war ; But if they repent , and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity ; Then open the way for them For God is oft forgiving. Most Merciful".

what did you understand from this words . What is the need of using such a forbidden months. You have to study well before blaming Islam and its fundamentals . The emphasis is on the first clause ; it is only when the four months of grace are past , and the other party show no signs of desisting from their treacherous designs by right conduct , that the state of war supervenes - between Faith and Unfaith.

The pagans and enemies of Islam freaquently made treaties of mutual alliance with the muslims . The muslims scrupulously observed their part but the Pagans violated their part again when it suited them . After some year`s experience it became imperative to denounce such treaties altogether . This was done in due form , with four months notice , and a chance was given to those who faithfully observed their piedges , to continue their alliance. And when we are in war with the enemies what we do " kissing " no we should do as per the war rules . Because the enemies always trying to destroy the muslims . So the muslims were compelled to do that .

Mohammed (PBUH) did not spread islam violently in Madina .Have you read the history . The people of Madina gave a warm welcome to Muhammed and they divided their wealth between the Muhagirs (Those who came to Madina frome Makkah). Without any problem madina became the main center of Islam . He gave pardon to the people of Makkah after the Makkah victory. And they allowed to live as per their beleif but all of them recieved Islam with a fearless mind.

the Prophet could kill all of the people of Makkah . But he gave pardon to them.
After the creation of Islamic country the Jew had the right to live there with their belief . But what they did . They were secretly trying to destroy muslims and the country with the help of enemies out side the country. So it is necessary to kill the Jews.

Now I have no time to answer your question since i have some engagements. I will come back with the answers of your question ok
