The creation of god

If god is the creator of everything then who created Satan? Who created all handicapped children and all the disease making viruses and Bacteria? Who created all the misery of the world? How many innocent chidren are dying of diseases? If you believe in god why you go to a doctor when you become sick?

Can you please explain these things to me!
