Correction about Duality in Islam

Reader comment on item: White House Nonchalance toward the Middle East
in response to reader comment: Duality in Islam Vs Trinity in Christianity

Dear Kahn, we all have to put our differences away and work for the benefit of the world regardless of origin and religeon. No question about this, we have to work for human rights everywhere, in Rowanda, Iraq, Palastine, Africa, etc.

we have a problem though, as an example, Zakat is an obligation in Islam but zakat (Charity) is targetting muslims only, you can not give zakat to non muslims I am sure you know that. Charity in Christianity and the rest of the world targets everyone regardless of origin and religeon. Thats why you see the Christians missionaries and charities are pouring to the poor islamic countries.

The ideology of Islam is making it difficult for good people like you to take me as a true friend because i am a kafir, in Christianity I am obligitaed to love you as much as I love myslef and be good to you, this is the main pilar of Christianity. In Islam you have to think several times before you accept an invitation to dinner from a kafir for so many reasons that I am sure you know them well.

I'm sorry to say that you have missed my point

I know the 5 pilars of Islam. The point I am trying to make is the position of Muhammad in Islam, Muhammad in Islam is the master of all prophets, "sayed almursaleen", "seal of all prophets". In Islam, Quran repeats that obeying Muhammad is obeying GOD, Muhammad is the example of all muslims. I can say now that "La illah ella Allah" but does this makes me a muslim? no because I have to equaly say that "Muhammad is his messanger". I have no problem with the unity of GOD, we all believe that GOD is one, Trinity doesn't mean three GODs it means GOD in three identities. The serious problem is to consider Muhammad a messanger, this is the problem of the world Mr. Khan.

The problem of the world started 1400 years ago when Muhammad and his followers started to send intimidating letters to the world and then started to impose Islam on the civilizations.

The problem of the worlds is in such ideologies

Peace be with you
