Austria has applied it's laws within it's borders. Each country defines freedom of speech in it's own way. In Germany and France Holocaust denial will invite prosecution, but it is not the case with all countries.

If you think criticizing prophet Mohammed does not agree with your concept of freedom of speech, then you are free to move to country which does agree with your definition.
