Nuray: In your desire to appease non muslims you are denying Allah's (swt) words and prophet's (pbuh) teachings. Please do not change Allah's religion with your ignorance and arrogance.

Sex with captured women and slave girls is allowed by Quran (4.3, 4.24, 23.6, 33.50, and 70.30). .

UlEMA'S OPINION

Tafsir Quran by Maodoodi, Book 10, page 137, footnote no. 94

"This verse explains why one is permitted to have conjugal relations with one's slave-girls besides the wedded wives, and there is no restriction on their number. The same thing has also been stated in Surah An-Nisa:3; Al-Mu'minun:6; and Al-Ma'arij:30. In all these verses the slave-girls have been mentioned as a separate class from the wedded wives, and conjugal relations with them have been permitted.

Tafsir of Mawdudi, Book2, page 112, footnote 44:

"That is, ‘Those women, who became prisoners of war, while their husbands are left behind in the War Zone, are not unlawful because their marriage ties have been broken by the fact that they have come into the Islamic Zone. It is lawful for those, in whose possession they are, to have sexual relations with them.

SOME SAHIH AHADITH

Sahih Muslim:Book 008, Number 3432:

At the Battle of Hanain Allah's Messenger sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah's Messenger seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that:" And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (iv. 24)

Sahih Bukhari: Volume 7, Book 62, Number 135:

Narrated Jabir:

We used to practice coitus interruptus with captured women during the lifetime of Allah's Apostle.

Sahih Bukhari: Volume 5, Book 59, Number 637

Narrated Buraida:

The Prophet sent 'Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and I hated Ali, and 'Ali had taken a bath after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus

. Bukhari vol 3,Book46, No. 717

"Narrated Ibn Aun:

Prophet had suddenly attacked Bani Mustaliq without warning while they were heedless and their cattle were being watered at the places of water. Their fighting men were killed and their women and children were taken as captives; the Prophet got Juwairiya on that day.

Nuray, do you have an authority higher than Allah (swt) and the prophet (pbuh) to prohibit sex with the captured women and slave girls which Allah (swt) allowed and prophet (pbuh) practised or knowledge more than Maodoodi , Bukhari and Muslim to challenge them?
