The phase " little food for thought" is a way of saying, I am giving you words to cause you to think of what you said. I may have sounded strong but being strong and not having respect are not the same. You spoke words to me that contradict your own belief. So I was to show you your own folly, I said the same thing back to you in a strong way so as to get you to think and you tell me to have respect to others having other religions. I am angry with you, I was trying to make a point. A very important point.
