Failure of a mini god

Reader comment on item: Is Allah God?
in response to reader comment: Another name for Allah / Jehovah is God of War!

I am a Muslim. I believe that Allah doesn't need praises or worship or sacrifices from any creature as you describe how God should be. The logic dictates that those actions give nothing to God. This issue is specifically mentioned in Quran. Allah needs nothing but we need Allah. I admire Allah I become happy if I praise or worship to Allah. What is wrong with it? The reason why we sacrifice animals to Allah is simple. Allah wants us to feed people with meat, which is essential food. This is a good example of How Allah is merciful. If we cut animals and waste it without giving to anybody or using it this would be scarifying something just because of God. But we don't do that.

Moses and Muhammed (s.a.v), who are messengers to Jews and Muslims have something in common: leading their own people and keeping order between them. That's why blood was part of the game at that time. How about Jesus? He was a Jewish. That's why he didn't bring any new order. He left along by his own people when he crucified. He was a messenger but the creator of Christianity was Paul.

You said that "The god of war doesn't want us to communicate with the god within us".

We Muslims believe that we don't need any means to communicate with Allah. Allah knows whatever we have in our hearts. We don't see Allah but we communicate with Allah in our hearts.

You said that "In coming centuries we will learn to tap into our own inner power which will make us mini gods. That is what Jehovah/Allah is afraid of." This tells us Jehovah/Allah exist. Mini gods (?!) are their opponents. This is contradictory of what you said before "I believe there is a real god who created this universe" You need to decide wheather you want to believe God or become one of mini Gods. Human mind can create imaginary gods. For this reason Allah, the only God in universe, sent many messengers and directed mankind to a true path which allows us to live on earth with our dignity.
