the answer is in two parts.
1. The Palestinians are not unduly worried because
A.they live under the umbrella of Israel's Hetz missile defense system
B. Islamically, dying for the death of Israel is the epitome of Shahada, so they are assured of heaven. The Iran Iraq war cost a million persons and no one batted an eye-lid
2. Biology may be the Jew-only nuke. Read all about it in the title Joe's Trial ISBN 0942520122 where such an effort was realized, and crushed.
