Reader comment on item: Iran's Final Solution Plan

Submitted by steven L (United States), Nov 2, 2005 at 00:43

History repeats itself because nobody listens or learns. It seems that it is always new people who learn the history of the past and since they are new, they wish to learn through their own CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE. In short when a new catastrophe will have occurred, people will say: "we should have learned the lessons of history".

It is unlikely that the human race will learn. It took 15 billions light years to create the universe and the human being of today! How do we expect changes to take place in a day, a week, a month ... billions of years we will need to wait?
However human thought can travel billions years/sec. We should not give up HOPE.
People will learn.
