Dr. Pipes,
Will we act in time? Has a ring of the rhetorical to it.

On the other hand, if referring to the West, the U. N. in particular, expectancy of the "potently challenged" is somewhat disturbing.

History does suggest, if not affirm, that the nation of Israel when convinced of an imminent threat to security, will respond appropriately.

Tea anyone?
