Daniel doesn't seem to have compared "Radical Christianity" with "Radical Islam" in his article. You may have inferred that from something else he said.

I agree, that there is no resemblance between the two "radical" causes. It's like comparint "shiny" black with "shiny" white. A radical Muslim seeks to kill others while himself being killed. A radical Christian seeks to lay down his life to help others. Both try to please their God/god; but the Christian God is the giver of humility and life; the Muslim god is the god of pride and death.
