Lie detector test may help

In the Koran, it is OK to deceive to acheive a desireable goal. An allegiance to Western values to outlined in the article may not prevent Islamics from entering. Perhaps a lie detector can be used when giving such an allegiance followed by notarized signature. Effective measures will require painstaking scrutiny of each family member and will slow down the process of emigration as well as entrance visas from these countries. These measures could win bipartisan support if carefully outlined.
