Reader comment on item: Trump: You Should Ban Islamists, Not Muslims
in response to reader comment: Banning Muslims

Submitted by John S (Canada), Dec 12, 2015 at 19:33

Surely the crux of the Muslim issue is the Koran. This book incites violent Jihad, tells Muslims not to have non-Muslim friends, talks about taxing or killing unbelievers. The only way to strip so called radicalism from would-be terrorists and Islamists is to ban the Koran which directs their actions.Somehow I don't think that's going to happen any time soon.

Until then, you never know when a "moderate", if such a person exists, will become an Islamist by just following the contents of their "holy" book.
