In these circumstances, a temporary on all foreign Muslims traveling to American territory should be adopted. Of course, government officials should be allowed, as well as duly vettted high level official of sizeable businesses,

And such ban is not unconstitutional, the First Amendment applies to American citizens and to foreigners legally in American territory. Foreigners Muslims, such as those the Democrats want to bring as refugees from Syria are NOT protected by the First Amendment.
