Muslim worldReader comment on item: Bush's Middle East Hopes [and His Failures] Submitted by Shahid Kinnare (United States), Jan 27, 2008 at 23:46 Joe, even if we believe what you are saying question arise why in last sixty year US have alway support Dictator in Pakistan? General Zia, General Ayub, General Yayha or it is Just US policy to support Dictatorial regime in muslim world. B.Bhutto was killed my General Musharraf every news papers, every public opinion in Pakistan are shouting to confirm this. LA time in recently article stated that Gen Mush has more support in Bush adminstration then in Pakistan Army or Pakistan Establishment or among Pakistanis. Pakistan can never go to extremist. People of Pakistan have alway voted for people with modern out look to the society. they would not even vote like convertism of our President Bush. Why it is difficult for US to support democratic institution in Muslim countries. First election in muslim world was held soon after the death of Prophet Mohammad to election the first Caliph.
