The words 'Conservative' and 'Liberal' should, perhaps, be assigned reversely. The fascist democrats seek to 'conserve' (be stingy with) the distribution of FREEDOMS to THE PEOPLE. Actually, since the people already have freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, the fascist Democrats seek to, more and more, gather governing power to the 'enlightened few', by enticing the people to give up their Constitutionally stated and guaranteed 'freedoms' in exchange for 'security' provided by the state. For example: The people should give up freedom of speech, and in exchange, the government will make laws guarantying that no one will be able to say anything that makes another person or group "feel bad". You know...like "hate speech laws".
On the other hand, 'liberal' means 'free, generous'; as in "liberal personal freedoms': like unlimited FREEDOM of SPEECH: like the FREEDOM to OWN and CARRY GUNS. The fascist, so-called 'liberal' democrats tempt the people to give up their arms by saying, "You don't need those nasty and dangerous firearms around your house; someone will just get hurt. We'll take care of you; don't you worry." What the 'liberal' fascist democrats know is that you cannot RULE PEOPLE by TYRANNY if the people are armed. So, they have to get the guns away from the people somehow — and they're working on it. But Thomas Jefferson knew that the 'people' needed to be armed, not to shoot squirrels to eat for supper, but to shoot the squirrelly fascists who want to RULE the people WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT!
I, therefore, label myself a LIBERAL because I BELIEVE IN LIBERAL FREEDOM. I would label myself a CONSERVATIVE if I BELIEVED in RESTRICTING FREEDOM to the privileged few.
