Great Review! I haven't read the book yet, but as a political scientist, I find the "new spectrum" to be intellectual satisfying. For some time now I have been pointing out that Mussolini's definition of Fascism ("The marriage of the corporation and the state") fully applies to the current political reality in America. You have convinced me to buy this book. Thanks!
