It is not the most reasonable assumptionReader comment on item: [Saddam's] WMD Lies Submitted by Bernard Ross (United States), Oct 10, 2003 at 16:01 Saddam has survived for many years by being cunning as opposed to stupid. It is much more reasonable to assume he hid the WMD rather than faked it. The fact that it hasn't been found yet does not change the assumption. saddam has not been found yet and we know he existed but we don't know if he still exists, or where. It is more sensible to assume that he his the weapons outside of Iraq as that is what he did with his air force in the Gulf War, hid them in Iran. Also found were buried planes in this war. Reliable sources are pointing towards the WMD being buried in the Bekaa Valley in a 35 million dollar deal with Assad. These source observed large convoys moving from Iraq to Syria, immediately prior to the war, coupled with massive digging in the Bekaa Valley. Perhaps we are waiting for election time to near before a full disclosure is released.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
