Saddam's behaviour justified war.

If no WMD are found, let's say, for the sake of argument, because they never existed, the war would still be justified.
The armistice agreement of 1991 and several UN-resolutions obligated Saddam to give full disclosure. He never did.
It was up to Saddam, not President Bush, to choose between war and peace.
If a three year old keeps behaving badly, you don't give warning after warning. You punish the child. Saddam was up for a good spanking!
