Saddam's behaviour justified war.Reader comment on item: [Saddam's] WMD Lies Submitted by Erik Driessens (Netherlands), Oct 7, 2003 at 15:27 If no WMD are found, let's say, for the sake of argument, because they never existed, the war would still be justified.The armistice agreement of 1991 and several UN-resolutions obligated Saddam to give full disclosure. He never did. It was up to Saddam, not President Bush, to choose between war and peace. If a three year old keeps behaving badly, you don't give warning after warning. You punish the child.
