I don't think the Arabs will ever agree to recognize Israel as a "Jewish" state, and I don't think Israel or the US should waste any effort to obtain that because it is both unlikely and meaningless.
Demographics determine what any country is, and unless Israeli Jews either breed at Palestinian rates, or flow in from other countries to make up the discrepancy, Israel won't be a "Jewish" state for many decades longer.
The same is true of "Eurabia" being overrun by Moslems and the denaturing of the United States by uncontrolled immigration.
