"...The Proposed Peace Conference Rewards Terrorism and Jeopardizes the Safety and Security of Israel.

The proposed Mideast peace conference being arranged by the Bush Administration, slated to take place before the end of the year, is a misguided, futile attempt to reach a negotiated settlement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. It is futile because a lasting peace can only be negotiated when both sides enter the negotiations in good faith....."
