Israel has come and gone a few times in history, there is no particular reason to think this Israel is permanent or the last Israel even from a Biblical perspective.

The Islamic threat is way larger than the conflict with Israel -- I'm afraid Israel is going to be destroyed in the next several decades, but the Islamic threat to global human freedom and every other civilization won't end with that.
