1. Let us take the case of Iran. In today's yahoo news item, one caption revealed that Iran's president has called upon the students and other extreme wing of the govt institutions to expel liberals and secular minded individuals from govt and ultimately what they will face is death(as was done when khomeni came to power; remember, khomeni killed many of his supporters who lent their support while he was in exile in Paris plotting to overthrow shaw of iran)

2. I would urge anyone wanting to know how a islam works to read indian history. Never appease islamists. One of the border kings who ruled a province in the north-west of India defeated the islamic/mohmaddean armies atleast 16+ times and every time he pardoned the muslim invader by letting the invader go home. There was one time through treacherous means, the muslim plunderer was able to defeat the the hindu king. Did the muslim king pardon the hindu king just like the latter did so many times in the past. Noooooo. The muslim king/plunderer killed the hindu king. Not by humane means but torture and kill the king.

The moral of the story is this. Do not trust the Islamists. It is like try to court friendship with a crocodile. If the liberals want to engage with Iran, the question, is what are they saying to Iranian president's latest attack on liberals in Iran? Don't they want to be soul mate with liberals in Iran?
