Another flawless analysis by Dr. Pipes

Dr. Pipes hits the nail on the head yet again. How many times does the world have to learn the same lessons? It seems that the answer is: In every generation, unfortunately.

The global scourge of misguided, murderous, fanatic islamofascists must be eradicated just as surely as nazism, fascism, etc. Only a thorough military victory can do the job. There is , sadly, no substitute or short cut. Sometimes (or often) thorough military victories takes years to accomplish. We need to be ready for this possibility.

If we are not up to the task, then we can look "forward" to generations of people in the middle east, europe, africa, etc. living under the islamists and their taliban-style rule. In addition, 9/11 type attacks worldwide will surely be perpetrated on a regular basis.

Heaven help us if we fail in our mission.
