Reader comment on item: Democrats, Republicans, and Israel

Submitted by William Sumner Scott, J.D. (United States), May 23, 2006 at 10:47

When our organization began to urge reforms to improve religious and legal education in America we ran into numerous unexpected roadblocks. One was the expression that Dr. Pipes and anyone else who supports Israel is a right wing fascist. How our colleges and universities have skewed pro-Israel in the mix to want to be free of attacks like 9/11. Or, how Dr. Pipes articles which appear to me to be quite lucid can be called right wing or fascist is beyond me. Perhaps some other readers of this column can enlighten me.
